As a Logistics Operations Manager at White Cap, your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing standard and emergency operating procedures for the receipt, handling, storage, and shipment of products and materials.
  • Planning, developing, and implementing safety and security programs within the warehouse.
  • Reviewing work orders, consumption reports, and demand forecasts to anticipate peak delivery periods and assign tasks accordingly.
  • Leading a team of warehouse staff involved in the receipt, storage, and distribution of products or materials.
  • Coordinating the pickup, delivery, or distribution of products or materials.
  • Preparing or overseeing the preparation of reports, maintenance, and safety manuals.
  • Being physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
  • Operating a company or personal vehicle as required, with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
  • Generally requiring 5+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience operating forklifts is preferred.
  • Familiarity with construction and industrial products.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Pay Range: $54,100.00-$82,200.00 Annual
