ROLE SUMMARY: The Head of Neuroscience Clinical Services is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction in the development, evaluation, approval, and dissemination of clinical practice standards. This includes, but is not limited to, quality assurance, educational initiatives, advanced practice, and clinical operations across the organization. The role involves close collaboration with medical professionals, clinical leaders, and support departments to identify and implement strategies aimed at achieving exceptional quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. The position is accountable for the operational success of the service line through effective implementation of solutions, management of capital, financial resources, and human resources, as well as continuous performance enhancement.

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related health field.
Experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an outpatient care environment.
Licensure/Certification: Not applicable.

  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
