Clinical Liaison Opportunity at Carpenter Health Network

The Carpenter Health Network is seeking a skilled Clinical Liaison to join our team in navigating the post-acute care continuum. As a Clinical Liaison, you will play a vital role in ensuring care continuity for patients and promoting our care continuum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient transitions
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and admissions strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources
  • Contribute to the development of marketing plans for hospitals and communities
Requirements:
  • Current clinical license in good standing
  • 2+ years of clinical experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office and hospital databases
  • Ability to work with physicians, social workers, insurance companies, and patients
