Clinical Liaison Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Liaison to join our team at New Iberia Manor South. As a Clinical Liaison, you will be responsible for implementing marketing programs that align with our organization's objectives and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales programs and referrals based on your knowledge of all levels of care available in our facility.
  • Maximize referrals from key physicians, physician organizations, hospital accounts, and other local market sources to meet area sales plans and goals.
  • Identify customer needs and work with our Corporate Marketing Department to develop and implement plans to satisfy those needs.
  • Communicate effectively with our Corporate Marketing Department, Regional Director of Operations, and Administrators.
  • Document all sales activities and maintain up-to-date information on market area and competitors.
  • Understand the local managed care environment and its impact on the sales process.
  • Maintain schedules for all marketing and sales programs.
  • Support the efforts of all sales and operational programs.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Valid registration as an LVN/LPN/RN in the state of practice.
  • Long-term care experience is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task efficiently.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Healthcare sales and marketing experience is strongly preferred.
