Project Manager Job Description

Closer Look General Contracting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful completion of residential remodeling projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in residential remodeling project management.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Valid North Carolina driver's license.
