About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef De Cuisine to join our team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the planning, directing, controlling, coordinating, and participating in the daily activities of food preparation for our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a large team of culinary professionals, ensuring the highest quality product reaches our guests and meets exacting standards.
  • Quality Control: Assist the Executive Chef in ensuring the hotel's high standards are maintained and improved upon, through regular quality control checks and audits.

Requirements
