Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
  • Mentor junior developers on technical skill development.
  • Embrace Agile methodologies and participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver value incrementally.
  • Analyze and debug complex technical issues across the entire software stack.
  • Proactively address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and scalability challenges.
  • Architect robust and scalable software solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design system architectures, database schemas, and API interfaces.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed applications.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree from a college or university.
  • Ten years of related experience and/or training.
  • Advanced experience and/or certification in Salesforce strongly desired.
