Automotive Sales Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Sales Manager to drive overall market growth, expand contacts, and implement strategic growth initiatives within the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of automotive electronics and components, as well as a proven track record in sales.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base.
* Drive overall market growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the company's market presence.
* Manage and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients in the automotive industry.
* Expand contacts and build a robust network within the automotive electronics sector.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product development, to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the automotive market.
* Experience working with automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
* Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
* Strong understanding of pricing strategies, margin optimization, and financial acumen.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, QuickBase) and advanced Microsoft Excel data analysis and reporting skills.
