Program Manager, Advocacy

Unity is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Advocacy team. This role will oversee user groups, manage advocacy logistics, and support universities. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for community building and technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support Unity user groups worldwide.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow user group membership and engagement.
  • Act as the main point of contact for user group leaders.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from user group members.
  • Oversee the logistics for advocacy activities.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners.
  • Track and manage budget for advocacy activities.
Requirements:
  • Experience in program management, community management, advocacy, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully organizing and executing large-scale events and programs.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
