Job Title: Program Manager

Goodwill Industries of Central Texas is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to oversee and enhance programming and student services for the Goodwill Career & Technical Academy. This dynamic leader will be responsible for strategic and operational excellence, leading the business operations and administrative departments and functions of school programming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational plans, overseeing business processes and analyzing operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the collection and documentation of student data, ensuring all data is entered in Goodwill's case management system and analyzed for meaningful reports.
  • Lead student support offerings, promoting successful course completion and targeting certification and employment rates.
  • Manage programs and staff, inventory, deadlines, and delivery of special projects, as well as data tracking and reporting.
  • Provide project management and support to optimize team efficiencies for the Academy's strategic priorities.
  • Monitor and analyze financial and budgetary performance, in partnership with the Senior Director.
  • Supervise program team to achieve operational and administrative goals, establishing and communicating performance and professional standards.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience in operations or program management, with three years in a management role.
  • Proven track record in overseeing multiple programs.
  • Highly organized and process-oriented, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in budgeting, financial analysis, and managing revenue and expenses.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to lead strategically and perform hands-on work.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality work in a dynamic environment.
