Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Endovascular Sales Training Specialist to join our team at Abbott Laboratories. As a National Sales Trainer for Endovascular Products, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to sales teams across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Create and implement comprehensive training programs for sales teams, including product knowledge, sales skills, and industry trends.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training programs, including marketing, sales, and product development.
  • Mentor and Coach Sales Teams: Provide guidance and support to sales teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the field.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Stay current on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activity to ensure training programs are relevant and effective.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
