Position Overview

The Inbound Marketing Specialist is a skilled, analytics-focused marketer responsible for generating demand for Paycor's offerings through strategic online initiatives aimed at our target audiences. This vital role collaborates closely with our digital marketing teams, including both paid and organic strategies, as well as the Demand Generation and Product Marketing departments, to drive significant revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively identifies and evaluates innovative opportunities for user acquisition through digital marketing initiatives.
  • Achieves and surpasses ambitious lead generation targets by collaborating with digital marketing agencies and internal teams to design and execute online campaigns.
  • Ensures alignment of business and brand strategies with agency partners across all digital platforms.
  • Analyzes key customer segments and their journeys to effectively engage target audiences.
  • Tracks and evaluates the performance of digital marketing efforts against established goals (ROI & KPIs).
  • Develops insights and actionable recommendations based on performance data.
  • Works closely with the sales team to monitor lead generation and ensure effective follow-up practices.
  • Collaborates with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Demand Generation teams to create impactful go-to-market strategies and content.
  • Assists in implementing multivariate testing strategies to enhance conversion rates on landing pages and inbound calls.
  • Stays informed on the latest digital marketing trends and recommends improvements to enhance Paycor's online visibility.
  • Partners with Marketing Operations for campaign setup, reporting, and insights.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
  • A minimum of 3 years of B2B experience in online marketing strategies.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Communications, or a related field.
  • Expertise in digital acquisition methods, including pay-per-click and demand generation programs.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on testing and performance measurement.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of Marketing Automation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM reporting for campaign analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Paycor offers competitive compensation based on individual experience, skills, and education. The anticipated salary range for this position is between $54,800 - $87,707, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses or commissions.
