Human Resources Manager

Sentry Auto Group, a leading dealership group in the automotive industry, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. This dynamic role will be responsible for handling payroll and benefits administration, recruitment, and compliance efforts.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled HR professional with expertise in payroll processing, recruitment, and talent acquisition. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment efforts and ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll Processing and Benefits Administration: Track, verify, and process timecards on a weekly basis, process payroll entries, wage garnishments, voluntary deductions, and child support, manage health benefits, and administer 401K and FSA accounts.
- Recruitment Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with our dealership group's goals, optimize job postings on platforms like Indeed and ZipRecruiter, and maximize visibility to potential candidates.
- Talent Sourcing and Attraction: Proactively source high-caliber candidates through online job boards, social media, networking events, and industry associations, help foster relationships with colleges and technical schools to attract top graduates.
- Proven experience in human resource management, payroll processing, recruitment, and hiring, ideally within the auto dealership industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, candidate sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HR and recruitment software such as ADP Workforce Now or similar applications.
