Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $52,752 + $1,000 signing bonus.


Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Staff Supervision:
    • Provide direct supervision of site staff, including skill training and mentoring.
    • Meet regularly with each employee to address needs and improve performance.
    • Manage site scheduling, including callouts, no-shows, and time-off requests.
    • Interview and recommend new DSP candidates.
    • Participate in planning and team meetings for consumers.
  • Programming:
    • Respond to crisis situations by notifying appropriate personnel and completing incident reports.
    • Report medical concerns to unit leadership and/or agency nurse immediately.
    • Develop and coordinate consumer activities, ensuring timely implementation.
    • Manage units and sites according to ISP or treatment plans.
  • Administrative:
    • Monitor and reconcile expenditures related to site and consumer operations.
    • Maintain physical site and vehicles, reporting needed repairs and upkeep.
    • Ensure timely completion of documentation, including logs, medications, and incident reports.
    • Prepare the home for State licensing visits.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with adults with IDD/Mental Health Diagnosis.
  • High School Diploma or GED required, degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of regulations, RHD values, and program policies.
  • Basic computer and internet literacy, with proficiency in applications like emails and time recording.
  • Must have and maintain Medication Administration Program (MAP) training and certification.
