City Fitness is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Operations Support Manager to assist in overseeing daily operations at one of our fitness locations.

This leadership position plays a crucial role in addressing both team and member-related concerns, offering a diverse range of hands-on experiences for individuals eager to advance their careers in the fitness industry.

In this capacity, the Operations Support Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing front desk, retail, and cleaning personnel, resolving membership inquiries, and handling payroll, inventory, and budgetary responsibilities.

This role will report directly to the Operations Manager and will be a vital member of the club's leadership team.


Please note that this position requires regular weekend and evening availability.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must possess a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Must have a GED or High School Equivalency
Must have 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role
Food Serv-Safe certification may be required based on location.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential
Must be able to share a dad joke with enthusiasm and flair

Supervisory Responsibilities:

The Operations Support Manager acts as the second-in-command to all front-line, retail, juice bar, and cleaning staff.

This role provides direct assistance to the Operations Manager and supports daily departmental responsibilities.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time role that necessitates a physical presence on-site, with a minimum of 40 scheduled hours per week.

This position typically includes evening and weekend hours.


Travel Requirements:

This role may involve moderate intercity travel.

This position requires additional screening as a condition of employment.
