Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Sales Support Administrative Coordinator to join the Ulbrich Stainless Steels & Special Metals, Inc. team.

The Sales Support Administrative Coordinator will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative assistance to the Chief Operating Officer, President of Distribution, and the Commercial management team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Generating and distributing sales performance reports.
  • Facilitating communication within the commercial team.
  • Managing travel arrangements and calendars for senior executives.
  • Assisting in the organization of Regional and International meetings.
  • Calculating commissions for the commercial team.
  • Coordinating recognition and training initiatives.
  • Overseeing office supply inventory and management.
  • Arranging customer visits and maintaining conference room schedules.
  • Performing additional administrative tasks as required.
