Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Sales Support Administrative Coordinator to join the Ulbrich Stainless Steels & Special Metals, Inc. team.
The Sales Support Administrative Coordinator will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative assistance to the Chief Operating Officer, President of Distribution, and the Commercial management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating and distributing sales performance reports.
- Facilitating communication within the commercial team.
- Managing travel arrangements and calendars for senior executives.
- Assisting in the organization of Regional and International meetings.
- Calculating commissions for the commercial team.
- Coordinating recognition and training initiatives.
- Overseeing office supply inventory and management.
- Arranging customer visits and maintaining conference room schedules.
- Performing additional administrative tasks as required.
