Role Overview: As a key member of our Marketing team, you will oversee a variety of promotional marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with overarching brand strategies. Your role will involve planning, executing, analyzing, and refining marketing activities, including in-store displays and digital campaigns, to maximize sales performance across different trade channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the formulation of short- and medium-term brand strategies for Benefiber.
  • Enhance Social Connected Commerce efforts to facilitate consumer engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify factors influencing marketing effectiveness and consumption growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve superior forecasting outcomes.
  • Design and implement national brand programs, focusing on consumer promotions and digital engagement strategies.
  • Oversee updates to packaging graphics to ensure brand consistency.
  • Support the execution of e-commerce strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Facilitate the development of a robust innovation pipeline.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or pharmaceuticals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data for informed business decisions.
  • Experience in vendor management.
  • Background in revenue growth management, category marketing, and performance analysis.
  • Project management and digital marketing experience.
  • Experience in commercialization and new product launches.
