Human Resources Representative

**Job Summary:**

Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Representative to join our team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for maintaining and processing confidential records, gathering information, and preparing reports. You will also support local site HR and company programs, provide virtual HR support to employees, and assist with employee communications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Maintain and process confidential records, including personnel files, payroll changes, and employment data
* Gather information, prepare reports, and process various applications, employment, enrollment, pay changes, and informational/confidential forms and records
* Support local site HR and company programs
* Provide virtual HR support to employees and other HR team members
* Conduct and summarize internal and external surveys to gather information for policy development and planning
* Assist with employee communications

**Requirements:**

* 3-5 years of professional experience in a HR-related role
* Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Ability to learn new IS systems quickly
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
