Job Title: Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our team at HR Employer Solutions Group. As a Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic support and counseling services to employees of various organizations in the Miami, Florida area.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting initial mental health assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual, group, and/or family therapy to clients. You will also collaborate with employers and HR professionals to assess the mental health needs of their employees and develop appropriate interventions.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial mental health assessments and develop treatment plans for employees referred by their employers
  • Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy to clients utilizing evidence-based practices
  • Collaborate with employers and HR professionals to assess the mental health needs of their employees and develop appropriate interventions
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Attend regular clinical supervision sessions and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
  • Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions with clients, employers, and colleagues
  • Represent HR Employer Solutions Group in a professional and positive manner at all times
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in mental health counseling, social work, or related field
  • Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, groups, and/or families
  • Experience working with employee assistance programs and/or in a workplace setting is preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Knowledge of and experience with evidence-based therapy approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and meet deadlines
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
