Account Relationship Manager

As an Account Relationship Manager at Brian Jennings - State Farm Agent, you will play a critical role in helping us grow our business through effective communication with potential customers, education on insurance options, and lead development.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective strategies to identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

We offer a dynamic work environment, a competitive hourly pay plus commission/bonus structure, with a salary range of $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year, paid time off, and professional onboarding and development opportunities.
Requirements:- Possession of a Property/Casualty License and Life/Health License.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail skills.
- Dedication to customer service and self-motivation.
