Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Disability Leave Services Case Manager to join our professional services team at Insight Global. As a key member of our team, you will provide case management for all types of leave of absence and disability life events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide case management for leave of absence and disability life events.
  • Develop and execute case management plans to ensure smooth transitions for employees.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Utilize case management systems to review cases for eligibility and determine benefits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Associates degree or 5+ years of professional or military experience.
  • 1+ years of experience as a case manager using case management systems.
  • Experience working with MS Office and case management software.
  • Knowledge of federal and state Leave and Disability regulations.
