Job DescriptionThe Vice President, Green Lending will be responsible for leading Enterprise's green lending initiatives under the National Clean Investment Fund (NCIF). Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to scale up green lending operations within Enterprise's Capital division.
- Cultivating relationships with other Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund awardees to share best practices and promote successful program implementation.
- Raising private capital to complement NCIF funds and support the growth of Enterprise's green lending portfolio.
This position requires strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, as well as expertise in clean energy financing and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with experience in managing complex projects and teams.
Requirements and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in community development lending, with a focus on clean energy financing.
- 5 years of progressively responsible management experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth and developing high-performing teams.
- An undergraduate degree in business, finance, or a related field, with advanced degrees preferred.
- Strong knowledge of federal requirements for NCIF and GGRF financing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strategic leadership and management skills, including decision-making, change management, staff management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Demonstrated commitment to racial equity, social justice, and climate justice.
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary of $230,000 to $250,000, depending on level of skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including dental, health, and vision care plans, family-building benefits, flexible work arrangements, health advocacy, EAP, and mental health benefits, financial education, wellness programs, and auto-enrollment in the company's 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions.
