Job Description

In this key role, you will serve as a strategic financial leader for Starbucks' Global Supply Chain, guiding the company's growth through effective financial leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial guidance to support the development of long-term strategies and plans for Global Supply Chain.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth, optimize profitability, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement sound financial strategies that align with company goals, including inventory management, cost optimization, and return on investment.
  • Prioritize workload to ensure achievement of objectives and identify potential resource conflicts.

Requirements:

  1. 10 years of experience in leading financial operations teams to support strategic planning, reporting, and analysis.
  2. 5 years of management or supervisory experience.
  3. 5 years of progressive experience managing varied planning, financial analysis, and business management practices in a large global company with emphasis in retail supply chain, particularly procurement.
