As an operations manager on our Customer Financial Services team, you'll lead the Global Pricing and Global Billing teams in driving business results. Your expertise in financial operations will be instrumental in overseeing the operating activities necessary to produce accurate and timely financial statements and related analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve financial processes and internal controls.
  • Develop and implement technology-related systems procedures and standards.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to determine technology and applications to support the business.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in leading teams in a large, multi-national public company.
  • Strong understanding and application of US GAAP and internal controls.
  • Talent development experience in a diverse work environment.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence others.

  • A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
