Outside Sales Professional

Welcome to Welcome Wagon, a renowned company in the new mover marketing industry since 1928. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Community Marketing Executive.
As a Community Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for selling consultative advertising solutions to local small businesses, leveraging your exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships. Your primary goal is to identify potential clients through various sources, such as cold calls, emails, networking, or door-pulling, and align value propositions with customer pain points to sell tailored marketing solutions.
We are looking for individuals with prior experience in selling to small businesses or a related field, preferably with 1-2 years of outside sales or phone sales experience. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, computer literacy, and proficiency in video conferencing, Gmail, GSuite, electronic signatures, and CRM use are essential. A valid driver's license, motor vehicle insurance, and passing motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check are also required.
In this role, you will enjoy unlimited income potential, flexible work arrangements, and the autonomy to work independently from home and out in the field. You will have access to paid product/sales orientation and support from team leaders and management. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to win annual trips when becoming part of the Sales Leadership Club and mentor others to earn commissions on their sales.
