Software Development Sales Ambassador

This is a direct hire opportunity for a Sales Development Representative to join TCWGlobal's team in the software development industry.
The SDR position plays a critical role in spearheading sales strategies and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize CRM, inbound/outbound calling, email, and various platforms to generate new sales opportunities.
- Identify prospect needs, providing insightful solutions, and guiding them through the buyer's journey.
- Proactively discover new business prospects and markets, staying ahead in the competitive landscape.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings or calls between potential customers and our Account Executive team.
- Regularly report sales activities, forecasts, and performance to the VP of Sales.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services, ensuring that you can effectively communicate the value and benefits to prospects.
- Manage a consistent pipeline of prospects and engage with the sales team for strategic follow-ups.
- Bachelor's degree or minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and analytical mindset, capable of navigating through various sales scenarios.
- Passion for technology and innovation within the industry.
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage priorities and maintain attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and ascend within a sales organization.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM software.
- Prior experience as an SDR with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Knowledge or experience in SaaS and the construction industry.
The estimated salary range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 annually, based on industry standards and comparable positions in the Broomfield, CO area.
