Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and cultivate valued business partnerships with JCI's largest commercial real estate clients, identifying business opportunities that align with customer priorities and drivers.
  • Develop and manage strategic account plans that leverage the JCI global footprint and competitive advantages to increase and defend share of wallet spend.
  • Persuade key partners to take action by illustrating how initiatives will advance shared interests and business objectives aligned with our vision.
  • Utilize knowledge of economic, financial, market, and industry trends to drive customer success and apply understanding of business functions, industry trends, and JCI's position to contribute to effective strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field with 5-7 years of experience, or at least 10 years of dynamic professional experience in a similar role and industry.
  • Extensive experience selling to executive levels, including negotiating and securing large opportunities, with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Expertise in physical security or building automation within commercial real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of the technology ecosystem, including relationships with large investor-owned companies.
  • Technical inclination to develop in-depth knowledge of technology roadmaps and digital strategies to create customer-focused solutions.
