At Strategic Staffing Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as an Account Manager. About the Job

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in sales.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular communication and updates
  3. Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth

Requirements

  1. Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 1 year of experience
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  4. Bachelor's degree preferred

Estimated Salary Range

$60,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
