Main Responsibilities

  • Own the monthly business review process for the Retail Media business unit, including end-to-end oversight, process development, and presentation materials creation.
  • Create executive level presentations and craft cohesive, concise, and detailed narratives about monthly business performance, which you will then present to the business unit leadership team including the SVP and Chief Digital Officer.
  • Develop and expand business KPIs, and own coordination with other teams to report them monthly.
  • Identify and build key relationships, utilizing collaboration and soft influence to aid in achieving strategic goals of the organization.
  • Manage, coach, and mentor at least one direct report.
  • Continuous improvement of team effectiveness and productivity.
  • Some travel may be required, up to 5%.

Requirements

  • Experience working cross functionally in ambiguous and high growth environments with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement, define goals and outcomes, drive action, and achieve results.
  • Extreme attention to detail when it comes to data, storytelling, and executive presentations.
  • Effective leadership ability and proficiency in coaching and mentoring direct reports.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence across to other Sr. Managers and upward to Directors, Sr. Directors, VPs, and SVPs.
  • Relentless curiosity and ability to understand mechanics of a business to identify KPIs and drivers/levers of business performance.
  • Ability to develop relationships, influence and collaborate across all levels.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and multi-task to meet deadlines.
  • Creativity, integrity, empathy, and a bias towards action.
  • We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:
  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or equivalent experience. MBA from top tier program preferred but not required.
  • 7+ years' experience within finance, analytics, reporting, or business operations.
  • Deep understanding of P&Ls, business operations, KPIs, and business drivers.
  • Experience building complex, dynamic, and automated financial and data models.
  • Experience working cross functionally in ambiguous and high growth environments with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement, define goals and outcomes, drive action, and achieve results.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $102,700 to $143,800 annually, with starting salary varying based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay/Flexible Time Off, paid holidays (8-9 days annually) bereavement pay and retirement benefits (such as 401(k) eligibility). Associates in this position are also eligible for a quarterly bonus.
