The Spa Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our spa visitors. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, guiding them through the spa facilities, and delivering personalized service.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Recruiting, training, and mentoring staff members
  • Conducting outreach marketing initiatives for the spa
  • Overseeing daily operations, including inventory control, client relations, and driving business performance to meet financial objectives
  • Performing up to 10 treatments weekly
  • Leading orientation tours, explaining spa amenities, and addressing guest inquiries
  • Providing comprehensive descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, and operational hours
  • Actively promoting spa offerings, treatments, services, and retail items, along with special promotions
  • Addressing guest questions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
  • Ensuring a safe, clean, and organized spa environment through regular monitoring of facilities

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess the following skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • A passion for customer service and a friendly demeanor
  • A valid California Massage Therapy or Esthetics License is required
  • Enjoys interacting with people and has an outgoing personality
  • Capable of maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced setting
  • Basic math and cash handling abilities
  • Strong communication, listening, and computer skills
  • A collaborative team player

Compensation Details:

Pay structure includes $ per session, $ for non-session work, and opportunities for bonus earnings.
