San Francisco, California, United States The Support Network Full time
About The Support Network

We are a pioneering team of health tech innovators who have collectively secured substantial funding from prominent technology investors, including 8VC, Founders Fund, General Catalyst, Softbank, and many others. As a leadership team, we have built and held pivotal roles at three behavioral health unicorns.

Our mission is to dissolve administrative overhead by building behavioral health's first AI-native employer, targeting the most critical challenge within the $90B behavioral health industry: the overwhelming administrative complexities that devour 40% of the industry's operating margin.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Product Manager to join our team at The Support Network. In this role, you will own our PMS (provider management system) for our adult therapy platform. You will collaborate across multiple teams to drive the product strategy and vision, ensuring that our offerings not only meet but exceed the expectations of our users.

This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, a passion for creating impactful products, and the ability to balance user needs with business objectives. Your goal will be to enhance the user experience for both providers and internal teams, driving growth and optimizing performance through innovative product solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for platforms that enhance care delivery and operational efficiency from our providers.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and clinical teams to develop product requirements that align with business goals and user needs.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to inform product development and ensure we stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Product Development: Translate complex technical capabilities into user-friendly product features that deliver measurable value to our customers.
  • Prioritization and Decision-Making: Prioritize features and enhancements based on data-driven insights, customer feedback, and business impact.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Monitor product performance and user engagement, making data-informed decisions to iterate and improve the product continuously.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs in all aspects of product development and decision-making.
  • Strategic Communication: Communicate product vision, progress, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare or AI-driven technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products within a marketplace environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and insights to drive product decisions.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical challenges and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence engineering organizations.
  • Passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in behavioral health.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring that all aspects of the product lifecycle are effectively managed.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Slack.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $160,000-$190,000. Total compensation for this position may also include stock options. Note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual's relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors.
