South Shore Craft Brewery Corp is a dynamic production brewery with a vibrant taproom situated in the scenic South Shore region. We proudly offer a diverse selection of craft beverages, including over 20 unique beer styles, as well as NYS liquors, wine, and mead, thanks to our Farm Brewery license.

Position Summary:

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Sales Representative. This role focuses on account-level sales, aimed at enhancing and expanding the South Shore Craft Brewery brand within our designated territory. The sales representative will be expected to work 2-3 full days each week, with flexible scheduling and daily travel requirements. Engagement with bar and restaurant managers will primarily occur during afternoon and evening hours.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. A friendly demeanor, self-motivation, and goal orientation are essential traits. While experience in the beer and beverage industry is preferred, we are open to considering candidates who possess the right personality and drive, even if they are new to the field. Familiarity with the local beer landscape is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with retailers, restaurants, and bars.
  • Enhance and nurture the vital connection between our brewery and our clientele.
  • Meet volume and distribution objectives within assigned territories and target accounts.
  • Organize and conduct special events, festivals, beer tastings, and dinners as required.
  • Optimize product visibility and brand presence in retail locations.
  • Educate distributors and retail staff about our brand, including bartenders and waitstaff.
  • Assess beer inventory to ensure appropriate levels of core and seasonal offerings.
  • Uphold the company's rigorous quality standards.
  • Complete administrative tasks promptly.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
  • Perform additional business-related duties as assigned.
