Currently, we are seeking a proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align our business objectives with our people strategies across designated units. This role operates with a significant degree of independence in a dynamic environment. Reporting to the Director of HRBP, you will cultivate partnerships across the HR spectrum to provide valuable services that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with leaders in assigned business areas to develop and implement talent strategies, including organizational structure, change management, recruitment, recognition, and employee engagement.
  • Guide leaders in enhancing their effectiveness for their teams and the organization, providing ongoing performance management support, including coaching, counseling, and career development.
  • Participate in team and individual meetings as a change agent and business ally, offering insights into team dynamics, talent trends, and cultural solutions to optimize performance.
  • Promote the execution of HR initiatives from various Centers of Excellence, ensuring successful implementation and continuous feedback for improvement.
  • Address and resolve complex employee relations matters, conducting thorough and impartial investigations in collaboration with the Employee Relations team.
  • Stay informed about legal requirements affecting employee management, minimizing legal risks and ensuring compliance through collaboration with the legal department and internal HR teams.
Qualifications:

What We Are Looking For:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required; SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credentials are preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in an HRBP or comparable HR role, engaging with leaders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
  • The ability to articulate the business model and the challenges and opportunities it faces.
  • Examples of past contributions to solving business challenges and a solid understanding of change management practices.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving independently and assisting others in doing the same, with a knack for transforming data into actionable insights.
  • A comprehensive understanding of various HR disciplines, including employee relations, diversity, performance management, and relevant employment laws.
  • Self-motivation and resourcefulness, with the capacity to operate autonomously in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.
  • A thorough understanding of the organization's structure, roles, compensation practices, and related administrative processes.
  • Experience supporting Customer Service or Sales Support teams is a significant advantage.
