Currently, we are seeking a proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align our business goals with our people strategy across designated units, operating with a significant degree of autonomy in a dynamic environment. Reporting to the Director of HRBP, you will forge partnerships across the HR spectrum to deliver valuable services that align with our organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with leaders in assigned business areas to develop and implement talent strategies that encompass organizational structure, change management, recruitment, recognition, and employee engagement.
  • Guide leaders in maximizing their effectiveness for their teams and the organization, ensuring meaningful outcomes for all parties involved. This includes providing ongoing performance management support to business leaders, such as coaching, counseling, career development, and corrective actions.
  • Participate in team and individual meetings as a change agent and strategic partner, offering insights into team dynamics, talent trends, and cultural solutions that optimize performance.
  • Advocate for the implementation of HR initiatives from HR Centers of Excellence, including Total Rewards, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Operations/HRIS, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Communications, ensuring successful execution and ongoing feedback for enhancements.
  • Address and resolve complex employee relations matters, conducting thorough and impartial investigations in collaboration with the Employee Relations team to ensure fairness and thoroughness.
  • Stay informed about legal requirements related to employee management, minimizing legal risks and ensuring compliance, while partnering with the legal department and internal HR teams as necessary.
Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree is essential; SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in an HRBP or comparable HR role, engaging with leaders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
  • Ability to articulate the business model and the challenges and opportunities it presents.
  • Demonstrated experience in addressing business challenges and a solid understanding of change management practices.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data to derive actionable insights.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various HR disciplines, including employee relations, diversity, performance management, and applicable employment laws.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, capable of operating independently in fast-paced environments while making sound recommendations to advance business objectives.
  • Strong business acumen, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to grasp the organization’s structure, roles, qualifications, compensation practices, and related administrative processes.
  • Experience supporting Customer Service or Sales Support teams is highly advantageous.
