Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Duties:
    • Manage and organize sensitive patient records with utmost confidentiality.
    • Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage calendars efficiently.
    • Handle correspondence professionally, including emails and phone calls.
    • Assist with billing, invoicing, and other financial tasks related to the practice.
    • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy.
  • Personal and Domestic Duties:
    • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with grocery shopping.
    • Run errands and handle personal tasks as needed.
    • Maintain a clean and organized home environment through light cleaning duties.
    • Provide companionship and support for daily activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role, preferably within the medical field.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, ensuring clear and professional interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Basic cooking skills and understanding of nutritional guidelines.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
