Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene and daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Ensure clients adhere to their prescribed medication schedules.
- Support mobility needs, whether at home or during outings (such as medical appointments).
- Help with personal care and hygiene tasks.
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean environment.
- Document any unusual occurrences and respond promptly to emergencies.
- Communicate in a calm and friendly manner.
Required Qualifications
- Enjoy working in a one-on-one environment and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow.
- Capable of performing essential job functions with or without accommodations.
- Completion of Level 2 AHCA background screening.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- HHA certification or CNA licensure is required.
- Exhibit compassion and supportiveness in care delivery.
- Take pride in delivering high-quality assistance.
