About the Role


POSITION OVERVIEW

The Growth Strategist will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and securing new business avenues to facilitate the expansion of Blueprint University. This position plays a vital role in enhancing revenue streams and establishing strategic alliances. The ideal candidate will demonstrate robust business insight, exceptional communication abilities, and a successful history in business growth to foster mutual benefits for our organization and its clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify and cultivate new business avenues to enhance revenue.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Advocate for Blueprint University's offerings to prospective clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
  • Formulate and execute strategic plans to meet business development objectives.
  • Prepare and present persuasive presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth integration of new business initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on business development activities and progress towards objectives.
  • Represent Blueprint University at industry gatherings to network and generate leads.
  • Support marketing initiatives to attract new clients and partners.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
  • Strong understanding of business principles and market trends.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated success in business development or sales.
  • Ability to build and sustain strong client and partner relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative thinker with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Networking: Actively engage in networking opportunities to promote Blueprint University's services.
  • Ambassador Role: Represent our mission and services in all professional interactions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Experience in the education sector or supporting entrepreneurs is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and business development tools.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and utilizing a computer.
  • Willingness to travel for business development activities and events.
