What You Will Do...
  • Deliver operational excellence by managing daily functions to support the organization.
  • Collaborate with leadership in establishing performance objectives and long-term operational strategies.
  • Oversee operational workflows and performance, proposing enhancements for improvement.
  • Implement and track daily operational systems and processes that provide visibility into objectives, progress, and challenges for our key initiatives.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with all leaders, external partners, and vendors to make informed decisions regarding operational activities and strategic objectives.

What You Bring...
  • A minimum of 7 years of operational experience is required.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree is advantageous.
  • Experience in the technology or healthcare sector is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of various operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, and talent management.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for optimal efficiency and productivity.
  • Demonstrated capability to resolve issues and anticipate customer needs through effective communication.
  • Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office tools.
  • A desire and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, set, and implement priorities while managing multiple tasks.
