Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect

At Pantheon Data, we are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex, high-performance Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business requirements.
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of Salesforce to create innovative solutions, with a strong focus on integrating Salesforce with external systems and applications via APIs.
  • Lead data integrations with various Data Lake and legacy data formats, ensuring data hygiene, consistency, quality, and security across systems.
  • Leverage expertise in GovCloud and Public Sector Solutions to implement secure, compliant Salesforce applications tailored to the unique needs of government environments.
  • Lead security integrations with ICAM/IAM components, ensuring proper authentication, access management, compliance, and robust security across Salesforce applications.
  • Provide technical leadership, guiding development teams in best practices for Salesforce development, architecture, and deployment.
  • Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth Salesforce implementation across complex enterprise landscapes.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather technical requirements, translating them into effective architectural designs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect with a strong background in Salesforce Core/Platform, Public Sector, and OmniStudio.
  • Strong experience in data integration, security integrations, and API development (SOAP, REST, Mulesoft).
  • Expertise in leading large-scale transformation projects involving Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, development, and configuration methodologies (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
  • Proven track record of integrating Salesforce with various external applications and systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical design skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certified: Platform Dev I & II, System Architect, Application Architect, OmniStudio Developer, Integration Architect, Certified Technical Architect.
  • Familiarity with.NET, C#, C++, and/or Java, sufficient to integrate with Salesforce.
  • Experience in implementing Salesforce GovCloud and/or PSS (Public Sector Solutions) environments and ensuring compliance with government regulations.

Clearance Requirements:

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Work Location:

United States - Remote

Salary Range:

$150,000 - $180,000
