Job Summary:

Sodexo is seeking an experienced and innovative Vice President, Facilities Operations Manager to lead the launch and implementation of a new premium multinational financial services corporation account. This is a dynamic opportunity to interact with onsite day-to-day operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of facilities management professionals to deliver world-class services to clients.
  • Develop and execute a strategy to accelerate business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage a portfolio of $20M with opportunities to triple in the next few years.
  • Oversee the delivery of soft services such as conference services, hospitality, landscaping, and janitorial.
  • Drive insights from data to create action plans for retaining current business and optimizing profitability.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of management experience, with a proven track record of delivering results and driving business growth.
  • Experience with large multi-location facilities, managing teams with a hospitality-focused service delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with all audiences.
  • Prior experience with SEIU union is a plus.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
