As a Client Partner in our New York City office, you will be instrumental in managing the comprehensive health and expansion of a designated portfolio of clients. Leverage your outstanding relationship-building abilities to forge strong connections with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations. Develop a thorough understanding of their organizational dynamics, various departments, and overarching business goals, effectively aligning MediaRadar's product offerings to support their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:
  • Oversee account health and promote broader solution adoption throughout the organization. Analyze account penetration and engage sales and customer success teams to enhance awareness and utilization.
  • Coordinate with internal Customer Success and Support teams to promptly address and resolve client concerns.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Revenue Operations to ensure precise invoicing and timely payments.
  • Work alongside the Sales team to facilitate smooth onboarding for new clients and identify cross-selling opportunities within your existing accounts.
  • Influence our product development by relaying client feedback to our Commercial leaders and Product teams.
Retention and Growth:
  • Drive client retention and sustainable long-term growth within your portfolio.
  • Plan and manage renewal processes and pricing adjustments to meet or exceed growth targets.
  • Develop persuasive business proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success on targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and user engagement initiatives.
  • Document client interactions and proactively manage your renewal pipeline.
Industry Insights and Awareness:
  • Stay informed about developments in the media industry and enhancements to our products to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Share industry insights with the broader commercial team.
Qualifications:

Experience and Skills:
  • 3-6+ years in account management within an Enterprise SaaS environment, or equivalent experience in leading account strategies with Enterprise clients.
  • Proven track record of establishing and nurturing senior-level client relationships (Directors, VPs, SVPs), recognized as a trusted advisor.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, demonstrating organized and structured thinking for planning and execution.
  • Experience managing a portfolio exceeding $5M and conducting commercial negotiations.
