As a Client Partner based in our New York City office, you will be instrumental in managing the overall health and expansion of a designated portfolio of clients. Your exceptional relationship management skills will allow you to forge strong connections with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations. You will gain an in-depth understanding of their organizational frameworks, various divisions, and overarching business goals, aligning MediaRadar's product offerings to support their objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Account Management:
- Oversee account performance and promote broader adoption of solutions across the organization. Strategically map account engagement and mobilize sales and customer success teams to enhance awareness and utilization.
- Coordinate with internal Customer Success and Support teams to promptly address and resolve client inquiries.
- Collaborate with Finance and Revenue Operations to ensure precise invoicing and timely payments.
- Work alongside the Sales team to facilitate successful onboarding of new clients and identify cross-selling opportunities within your existing accounts.
- Influence product development by relaying client feedback to Commercial leaders and Product teams.
Retention and Growth:
- Drive client retention and sustainable growth within your portfolio.
- Plan and manage renewal processes and pricing adjustments to meet or exceed growth targets.
- Develop persuasive business proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success on targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and user engagement initiatives.
- Document client interactions and proactively manage your renewal pipeline.
Industry Insights:
- Stay informed about developments in the media industry and enhancements to our products to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Share industry insights with the broader commercial team.
Experience:
- 3-6+ years in account management within an Enterprise SaaS environment, or equivalent experience in leading account strategies with Enterprise clients.
- Proven track record of establishing and nurturing senior-level client relationships (Directors, VPs, SVPs), recognized as a trusted advisor.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, demonstrating organized and structured thinking for effective planning and execution.
- Experience managing a portfolio valued at $5M+ and conducting commercial negotiations.
