Nurse Coordinator for Pulmonary Services

The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to fill the position of Nurse Coordinator for Pulmonary Services. This 24-hour per week, part-time role involves working with patients of all ages with pulmonary issues, developing and revising plans of care, and promoting excellent patient outcomes through evidence-based practices.
**Responsibilities Include:**
* Coordinating patient care and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team
* Developing and evaluating patients' plans of care throughout their hospitalization
* Promoting excellent patient outcomes by adhering to evidence-based practices and safety procedures
**Requirements:**
* Current Pennsylvania or New Jersey nursing license
* At least one year of previous RN experience
* Ability to use patient-facing technology, including IV pumps, point-of-care devices, and CR monitors
