**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled RN to join our Ambulatory Care team in the Pulmonary Department. This is a full-time position with a schedule of 8:30am-5pm, Monday through Friday.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement.

**Responsibilities:

* Evaluate and integrate best current evidence with clinical expertise and patient preferences for delivering optimal health care

* Minimize risk of harm to patients, families, providers, and self through system effectiveness and individual performance

* Demonstrate a commitment to the nursing profession through lifelong learning and adherence to ANA's Code of Ethics for Nurses

* Recognize the patient as the source of control and a full partner in providing compassionate and coordinated care based on respect for their preferences, values, and needs

**Estimated Salary Range:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
