  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our kitchen staff

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a related position
  • Post-high school education or equivalent experience
  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession
