Position Summary: Enhance customer trust and confidence by executing transactions with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process deposits of checks and cash, ensuring amounts are verified and checks are properly endorsed.
  • Record customer transactions in the computer system and issue receipts generated by the system.
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer by balancing currency, coins, and checks, and reconciling totals with the computer display.
  • Possess a solid understanding of banking products and services.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently provide outstanding customer service.
  • Experience in customer service and cash handling is advantageous.
  • Strong active listening skills to identify and address customer needs and concerns.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Basic proficiency in computer operations.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Prior experience as a bank teller is preferred.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Dependable in following instructions and responding to management direction.
