Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Palmer Group. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to prevent defects and improve overall quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Manufacturing, to identify and address quality-related issues.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and inspection records.
  • Participate in customer and supplier surveys and audits to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Facilitate customer waivers, deviations, and concessions to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Manage and record calibration data to ensure accuracy and precision.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in manufacturing or engineering.
  • Proficiency in quality tools, including RCCA, SPC, and PPAP.
