**Job Summary:**

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide medication dispensing and nursing support to patients at various healthcare locations. Responsibilities include assisting with diagnosis, primary care, and medication management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Dispense and manage medication, ensuring proper documentation and accountability.
  • Perform clinical tasks and support senior nursing staff as needed.
  • Conduct patient education, follow-up care, and assist with physical exams.
  • Participate in medical meetings, educational events, and quality improvement activities.
  • Maintain medical and inventory records, assist with lab tests and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to safety procedures and professional standards.

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Associate's Degree and state (NY) certification as an LPN.
  • Preferred: 3 years of nursing experience, phlebotomy certification, and experience with medication dispensing.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical record systems.
