We are seeking talented Audio/Video Systems Installation Specialists who will be instrumental in the design and implementation of advanced AV and low voltage system solutions for our diverse clientele. Your proficiency in AV technology and innovative problem-solving abilities will be essential as you collaborate with various stakeholders, including institutions, architects, engineers, and project teams, to create tailored AV solutions that surpass expectations. From initial concept development to troubleshooting and final installation, you will oversee projects at every phase, ensuring flawless integration and peak performance.

Key Highlights:

No extensive travel required - our projects are primarily regional, typically within a 90-minute radius, with most travel being within 30-60 minutes.

A company vehicle will be provided for your convenience.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations on-site, including programming CCTV, Access Control, and Security Systems for various facilities.
  • Work autonomously under the guidance of a Department Manager.
  • Supervise up to three technicians on-site.
  • Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions, implementing necessary repairs.
  • Install and terminate devices, headend, and program various access control, CCTV, and security systems.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Extensive experience with surveillance systems, both IP and analog, is essential.
  • Familiarity with Software House, AMAG, and other access control systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service skills and a background in client relations.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities.
  • Dependable, punctual, a team player, quality-focused, and detail-oriented.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in the low voltage, AV, security, access control, intrusion, and surveillance sectors.
  • A technical degree or vocational certification is preferred.
