Our firm has a long-standing history of providing comprehensive engineering services, including civil/site design, environmental assessments, and specialized testing services.

Your Role:
As an Audio/Visual Systems Technician, you will be instrumental in the design and implementation of advanced AV and low voltage systems for our diverse clientele. Your expertise in AV technology will be vital as you collaborate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and municipal agencies, to create tailored AV solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring effective project execution.
- Program and install CCTV, Access Control, and Security Systems for a variety of clients, including educational institutions and municipalities.
- Lead and manage a small team of technicians, providing guidance and support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal performance.
- Terminate and install devices, and program various security systems.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in low voltage, AV, security, or related fields.
- A technical degree or vocational certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, both IP and analog.
- Familiarity with access control systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
